I can not begin to say how wonderful this storage company is. I was in a massive predicament after a removal company let me down horribly with not having organised the storage I had already paid them for. I had less than an hour in which to find somewhere to store a ride on lawnmower which could not go to where we were going. Well I searched and found them on Google and within half an hour I had the address, the storage room and all the paperwork sorted out. It was quite incredible, absolutely seamless. Between Richard, Simon and Matthew all was stored in a lovely clean secure and safe facility. I will only ever use store-safe self storage centre facilities. We eventually could take our mower out and it was halfway through the month, I thought my money for the rest of the month would be lost, we they actually contacted me and refunded the remainder of my money to me. Wow I am really blown away by what a pleasant experience that was. Thank you, Richard, Matthew and Simon.

We looked at a few local storage companies and none came close to the great price offered by Store-safe. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. Great customer service throughout. The entry and exit process to the yard was great for us. We have had the unit over 3 years and been very happy with everything. Thanks to all at Store-Safe!

I have been using Store-Safe since March 2018. If I have ever needed assistance I have always been met with courtesy and nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and helpful bunch and a great sense of humour. The Units are great value and budget friendly (I was briefly on benefits and could still afford the payments). I rate 5⭐ and would reccommend to anyone.

Really great experience, very impressed, so easy to deal with. Very friendly staff on the phone, very convenient opening hours and easy but secure phone number recognition entry system. Very secure and clean/dry storage space. Easy to end contract once finished with the storage unit and even got a refund for the rest of the month! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had my unit for 1.5 years now and am managing payments etc from abroad. Nothing is ever a problem, like public holidays on payment day for example. One phone call to Paul and it’s sorted. I’ve been back recently to check on my things. No damp, and everything secure just as I left it. When I originally moved my things in nothing was too much trouble. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap and a recommendation to a moving company. All at very reasonable prices. I can highly recommend this family run company!!

I used this company for my the whole contents of my home and it was in there for 12 months. X my furniture was collected and taken away and nothing was to much trouble the customer service was excellent x I was worried what my contents would be like when we went to empty the unit after being in there for so long but everything was in perfect condition it had been stored exceptionally well and the unit it self was clean and warm I can not fault them for anything the price was half of other quotes I had and would definitely recommend them to use x

Normacot, Great experience, from booking to moving our stuff in, the unit was clean and dry. Easy to get on site and it felt very secure. When we emptied it again very easy and we got a refund for our unused last week of storage. Would recommend and definitely use them again.

Took a unit at Normacot for 8 weeks while we had some building work done. Easy to get set up and the site was clean and secure. The team answered any questions immediately and their no-fuss approach to refunding unused time has been great. Faultless, and absolutely recommended.

From the moment Janet answered my phone call i knew i was in good hands. She was so pleasant and helpful as i was actually ordering the unit on behalf of a family member living in Stoke and as i live up north I was not sure of the procedure .I had to speak to a couple of other staff members Matthew and Simon during the next few days who were equally outstanding to deal with and answered all my questions. Their actual entry system and level of security is superb and when i had a question outside of their office hours I expected to get an answering machine but the actual owner of the business Richard took my early morning phone call with good grace and did not tell me to call back in office hours as often happens and then answered my question. Superb company to deal with in all respects.

I have been using my storage unit now for well over a year and in that time I have found Paul to be really helpful, I receive a receipt through every month for the rental and I also find the site to be secure but still allowing for good access at the same time. The units are kept well and the so is the site in general. I would have no qualms in recommending StoreSafe to Friends/Family/Strangers.

Excellent service. Straightforward and easy to book. Units very clean and dry and felt safe. Very easy to cancel when finished. When I have had a question polite helpful staff made the whole experience easy for a first time renter .

Spoke to simon over the phone reguarding a 8ft x8ft unit for my brother to keep his misc items in while going into the army, they offered military discount and we opted for the 6month advance payment discount also, very happy with the unit, clean and painted theoughout. Gate system is great, only gripe is the rear fence to the property is a older mesh fencing so not so secure. Other than that i thank Simon for helping me and puttin up with my 500 calls in the space of a hour 🤣 heres to 6 months atleast of lease from you guys and probably plenty more!

Nice little storage company who have container storage for great prices, billed and invoiced monthly bang on the dot. Security on site is good and people who work there are friendly. Everything you need from a container storage company, and no I'm not an employee 😉 just a satisfied customer.
